The Artist's Feast It was a beautiful sunny day in May and my good friend Jacques Valin joined me for a day of painting the wild flowers in Portuguese Bend. Wading waste deep in a patch of flowers, Jacques took up his position for painting. It was the same area that I was planning to paint but when Jacques stepped into the landscape it was the perfect image to express the feeling I wanted in my painting. Limited edition giclee
