| Echo Park in Los Angeles is home to one of the largest displays of Lotus Lilies in the country. Every year in late June the Lilies begin to bloom and peek around the middle of July. By the end of July the season has past. Since I first learned of the lilies in Echo Park I have made it a point to paint them every year. I love their color, abstract shapes and just enjoy spending a day in the park. |
